"The sample contest specification texts, which are the product of the accumulation, experience and knowledge of the Photographic Art Federation of Türkiye and its member associations based on many years and which are intellectual works, may not be used or quoted in whole or in part without the written permission and approval of TFSF.

Any contrary behavior and copyright infringement will be subject to legal proceedings and sanctions in accordance with FSEK, Law No. 5651, BK and TTK."
