01 Will my application be kept confidential?

Yes. All application data is viewed only by Complaint Commission members. Your identity is not disclosed to the party complained about.

02 How long does the decision take?

The commission prepares a preliminary report within 15 business days. For complex cases the period may extend to 30 business days.

03 Can I appeal the decision?

Yes, you have the right to appeal in writing to the TFSF Board of Directors within 10 business days of the decision notice.

04 Which cases fall under TFSF scope?

Only complaints regarding TFSF-approved competitions are evaluated. For non-approved competitions you should apply to the relevant body.
