TFSF Portal
Changelog
v1.5.1
Latest July 23, 2026
1.5.1 Fixed unreadable text on dark buttons
Fixed
- Fixed white text not showing up on some dark-background buttons (e.g. "Complaint / Rule Violation") — caused by a mismatch between the browser's computed color and what actually got rendered.
v1.5.0
July 19, 2026
1.5.0 Content editor improvements and file manager fixes
New
- The rich text editor on content edit screens (News, Announcements, Pages, Gallery, Memoriam, Simple Pages) now uses nearly the full page width, giving a much larger writing area.
- Font and style leftovers from Word/external pastes are now cleaned up automatically; added "Clear Formatting" and "Paste as Text" buttons to the editor.
- The link dialog now defaults to "New window" (previously "Current window").
- The file manager now remembers the last-opened folder per context — consistently across the full-page manager, form image/file pickers, and the in-editor file picker.
Improved
- Links in content bodies now default to the same color as the surrounding text (black) instead of the browser's inconsistent visited/unvisited link colors (red/blue); a link only shows a different color if one is deliberately set in the editor.
- Reduced the excessive gap between page content and the footer (fixed a double-padding issue on Page screens and shrank the footer's top margin site-wide).
- The "Member Associations" link now goes directly to the uyedernek.tfsf.org.tr homepage (previously it went to the association list).
- "Association Login" now goes to a dedicated, branded login page for member associations instead of the general EYS login.
- The sitemap.xml now lists the real uyedernek.tfsf.org.tr addresses for association pages instead of redirect URLs.
Fixed
- Fixed selecting "Heading 1" in the content editor having no visual effect on the published page (missing style); also removed "Heading 1" from the editor to avoid conflicting with the page's own title — body headings now start at Heading 2.
- Fixed a non-image file (e.g. a PDF) uploaded to an image-only field silently disappearing from the file manager listing with no error — it now shows a clear rejection message.
v1.4.0
July 11, 2026
1.4.0 New homepage layout and Quick Access management
New
- Added a "Latest 10 News" sidebar with a search box to the news detail page.
- Added manageable "Quick Access" cards to the homepage right column (EYS > Portal > Quick Access): image, link, order and status are now managed from EYS.
Improved
- The homepage now uses a two-column layout: main content on the left, "Quick Access" cards on the right staying fixed (sticky) while scrolling.
- The homepage hero was simplified: only the image and a transparent, hover-revealed navigation control bar are shown; images are now displayed uncropped at their true aspect ratio.
- The "Events" calendar now always defaults to the current month; the type filter was removed, all associations' events appear on one calendar as color-coded bars per type, with a legend below; the list is split into "This Month's Events" and "Upcoming Events".
- The number of news items shown in the homepage news section increased from 5 to 6.
- In EYS, the News, Announcement and Page management menus were merged with their category screens; content and categories can now be managed from a single menu.
- Added a "Banner size must be 848x420" hint to the banner create/edit screen.
Fixed
- Fixed news, announcement and gallery listings sinking items without a manually-set publish date to the bottom of the list.
- Fixed a duplicate-image issue on some news items where the cover image also reappeared inside the body text.
v1.3.0
July 6, 2026
1.3.0 Member association event approval and navigation fixes
New
- Member associations can now add events from their own panel; each event is published on the "Events" calendar once approved by TFSF (EYS).
- Added an "Event Approvals" screen to EYS: pending member association events can be approved or rejected with a reason.
Improved
- The "Events" calendar is now populated solely from member association events (the federation's own separate calendar feature was removed, as it was never used).
- For member association users, the "Panel" link in the top navigation now reads "Association Panel" and takes them directly to their own panel (previously it did nothing for these users).
- Added the missing Almanac link to the "TFSF Sites" footer list; links to other modules now resolve to the correct address automatically based on the environment (local/production).
Fixed
- Fixed a horizontal overflow issue on the "About PSA" and "About GPU" pages caused by the content+logo layout.
v1.2.0
July 6, 2026
1.2.0 Unified events calendar and navigation fixes
New
- Unified "Events" calendar (/etkinlikler): the federation's own events and member association events now appear together on one page with a month/day calendar view.
Improved
- On news, announcement, page, gallery and memoriam pages, switching language now updates the address to that language's own link (previously it stayed on the same URL and only the content language changed).
- Fixed the sidebar disappearing on some pages after a language switch.
- Fixed the same image appearing twice (once as the cover, once in the body text) on news, gallery and memoriam pages (380 items updated).
- The news listing now shows 5 columns and uncropped images (original aspect ratio); items per page increased to 20.
- Removed the "Federation Newsletter" box (the newsletter service is not yet offered).
- The homepage headline area no longer shows an "Explore" button for entries without a valid link.
Fixed
- Fixed signed-out users being redirected to a broken/hardcoded address when trying to access EYS and other admin modules.
- Some homepage partnership links (TFSF Titles, TFSF e-Library) now point to the correct pages.
v1.1.2
July 5, 2026
1.1.2 Menu management and SMS status
New
- Added a "Defined Page" picker to Menu Management: selecting a page/announcement/news item auto-fills both the Turkish and English links; manual address entry is still supported.
- Added a NetGSM (SMS) status page to the EYS Management menu: account balance, sender header and active driver at a glance.
- Contest complaint tracking codes are now delivered to applicants via real SMS.
Improved
- Overhauled the search engine behind every dropdown in EYS: accent-insensitive Turkish search, faster results, and text now wraps in long entries (fixing the horizontal-scroll issue from the previous release).
- Fixed the appearance of form select boxes in dark mode.
Fixed
- Refreshed server-side dependencies with security updates.
v1.1.1
July 2, 2026
1.1.1 Launch readiness and security
New
- TFSF-branded, multilingual error pages (404, 500, maintenance, etc.).
- An Almanac sitemap for search engines and an expanded robots configuration.
Improved
- Abuse protection (rate limiting) added to the contact and complaint forms.
- Baseline security headers (clickjacking/MIME protection) applied to all pages.
- The portal sitemap now covers the new pages (Member Associations, Association Exhibitions, etc.).
v1.1.0
June 30, 2026
1.1.0 Member associations and contact workflows
New
- Member Association module: a dedicated panel (/dernek-paneli) for associations logging in via the Portal — profile info, member management, member card applications, events and the year-end report.
- Member association management in EYS: create/edit associations and approve or reject member card applications.
- A "Member Association Exhibitions" gallery (/dernek-sergileri) went live.
- Contact form submissions can now be tracked from an EYS inbox; each subject routes to its own configured recipient addresses.
- SMS infrastructure added for contest complaint submissions (tracking code to the applicant, notification to staff).
Improved
- The contest complaint form now saves national ID, member association, organizer, contest date and website fields; the GDPR disclosure link now points to the actual page.
- The "Member Associations" page now lists all associations — both those with login access and reference-only entries — from a single source.
Fixed
- Removed the non-functional "Save as Draft" button from the complaint form.
v1.0.0
June 28, 2026
1.0.0 New TFSF Portal launched
New
- TFSF Portal migrated to the new platform (Laravel); news, announcements, pages, galleries, memoriam, banners and headlines transferred with UUIDs preserved.
- Menu, content and social media statistics manageable via EYS.
- Contact form, contest complaint submission and an art gallery venue directory.
- SEO infrastructure with sitemap.xml and multilingual (TR/EN) structured data.
Improved
- FAQ moved to a dedicated Support Center (destek.tfsf.org.tr); the portal redirects to it.
- Homepage gallery chain now driven by real art gallery venues.
